We were established in 1948 by Leonard Samuel Jones the father of our current M.D. – William Jones M.Sc. (Production Engineering), B.Sc. (Mechanical Engineering). We offer a full Sheet Metal Work, Metal Spinning, Metal Pressing, Press Work and Fabrication facility, specialising in high quality prototype and batch work.
We currently supply Cryogenics, Oil, Pharmaceutical, Medical, Transport and Aerospace industries and being located within easy access of the motorway network we naturally welcome enquiries nationally.
Our range of services include Metal Spinning, Metal Pressing, Deep Drawn Presswork, Sheet Metal Bending and Forming in most metals.
We can advice on the best way of producing your requirements and design any tooling needed.
We cater for small and large quantities and we handle enquiries from all over the UK.

Metal Pressings
We offer the following Press capacity:
General press work, blanking and piercing up to 150 tons.
Deep Drawing press work up to 200 tons.
The above press capacity is complemented by our own in house Tool Room where we manufacture Press Tools, Fixtures and Gauges.
This facility gives us the ability to offer expedient and cost effective deliveries whilst maintaining the quality that we have become renowned for.
We can press a diverse range of metals including mild steel, stainless steel, brass, copper etc and can produce fabrication assemblies alongside our metal presswork facility.
